We’ve been busy behind the lens with a brilliant new project for CPI Group – Europe’s leading book printer!
Our team captured stunning on-site footage, including cinematic drone flythroughs, to create an educational video tour of their state-of-the-art factory. ✨
The aim? To give new clients a behind-the-scenes look at how their books are brought to life – without the need for a physical visit.
We’re currently in post-production, adding dynamic animated blueprint overlays to guide viewers through each stage of the process. It’s a perfect blend of storytelling and tech – and we can’t wait to share the final cut!

We get to support many automotive brands, and this week was no exception…
Our video production team spent the day filming at a truly fascinating automotive location, creating a celebratory video to honour long-serving employees—some of whom have dedicated 25 to 40 years to the business. 🏆
Working alongside our brilliant partners at Events Unlimited, we filmed a series of emotive interviews, moving between multiple locations to capture authentic moments and powerful b-roll that tell the real story behind these remarkable milestones. 🎬
With our video team coaching contributors throughout the day, we helped draw out genuine emotion and pride from each colleague—creating a film that’s personal, powerful, and worthy of the celebration to come.
We’re excited to see the finished video shared at the Long Service Awards ceremony later this year, and even more excited to see the reactions in the room.
It’s a privilege to help tell stories that truly matter. 💫

Today we’re proudly donning our finest (and funniest!) headwear in support of Brain Tumour Research – a charity close to our hearts here at White Event Production. 💛
This marks the start of our fundraising journey as we gear up to take on the Milton Keynes Dragon Boat Festival! 🚣♀️💨 That’s right – we’re trading our headsets and clipboards for paddles and (hopefully) a good sense of balance!
Why Brain Tumour Research? Because over 12,000 people are diagnosed with a brain tumour every year in the UK, and it remains the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under 40. And for us, it’s personal – one of our team lives with the lasting effects of a benign brain tumour. So we’re rowing with purpose. 💪

🎬 From Marrakesh to London Fashion Week — we’ve been proud to support Salford University’s Fashion students with high-end video production that brings their creative vision to life.
A couple of weeks ago we supported with the video capture of a fashion shoot as part of London Fashion Week. We have an established relationship with the university which includes cinematic desert shoots for a showing at the O2 Cineworld. On each occasion, our team delivers multi-camera coverage, with Sony Cinema Line cameras with gimbal operators and full production support.

This week, we had the privilege of delivering full-service production for 4 half day Business Leader events, followed by a Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts.
Our dedicated team showcased the full spectrum of our in-house capabilities, for the ‘Made in the Midlands’ theme event, including:
• Video: from supporting with LED screen content creation to the on-site shoots with autocue and editing.
• Digital: Full delegate registration including group splitting at event check-in and a breakout timer system.
• Design: Creating engaging environments for the experiential breakouts plus all print artwork.
• Event: Coordinating every production detail from scenic, theming, furniture, print, AV and site management.
We’re proud to have transformed the client’s training academy into a dynamic space that fostered insightful discussions and strategic planning for the Business Leaders and also investors.
