We work tirelessly to ensure the space design, production specification and technical co-ordination realises the event objectives whilst being appropriate for the project budget and audience. We create experiences influenced by our expertise in technology and event management. Our project scope ranges from end-to-end project management, from concept to completion, or as a supporting partner of one element.

Every project starts with us creating a detailed CAD plan drawing after visiting the venue and taking measurements to then help start our creative juices flowing.

We then work with you to create a bespoke set design within the space that is fitting to your audience, budget and event requirements.

Where required, we will work with our in-house 3D design team to create super realistic visuals and even fly-through animations of what the event will look like.

With every little detail noted, we create a full production schedule timetable to ensure the smooth build, operation and derig of your event, all whilst minimalizing trade clashes.
Content creation and management

Where required, we provide full content management creation from digital to print to ensure your audience is as engaged as possible.
H&S plan creation
H&S plan creation
Every project will receive a full Health and Safety file that lists a comprehensive list of the activities required for the build and the best way to deliver the event safely.
