BRIEF
At the start of the virtual communication era, Severn Trent took the company Zoom quiz invitation to another level and proposed to us a four-part ‘Share a Smile’ campaign to keep interaction constant within their company, and spirits high amongst their employees.
BINGO night was the third instalment of Severn Trent’s ‘Share a Smile’ campaign. We needed to create a virtual and digitally interactive bingo night complete with impressive production value and engaging content.
WHAT WE
DELIVERED
The CEO presented an hour-long, web-based bingo night which was streamed live to nearly 2000 employees from our Milton Keynes studio. Striving for seamless interactivity and high-end production value, numerous bingo games with custom graphic overlays and personalised bingo calls were captured with a multiple camera set up against a custom-built set. The numbers were called using a full-size bingo blowing machine and the CEO was informed of winners via in-ear communication.
Players registered to take part on our bespoke registration site, where they were then given access to their online bingo cards and stream information.
Intervallic tombola spins awarded prizes to registered guests from the glitzy prize wall, which presented professionally illuminated prizes on multiple level podiums.
Overall, combining the use of state-of-the-art streaming technology and digital interactivity with a fully branded, high-end, studio production proved to create a successful and enjoyable evening for everyone involved.
