BRIEF
Partnering once again with Severn Trent, we were tasked to identify a method of hosting a three day leadership event for 900 people and an investor event for 75 on the banks of their reservoir with best transport links, Draycote Water near Rugby.
The project design involved a lot of head scratching and collaborative working as a team to identify the most suitable location, dealing with all stakeholder considerations.
Mid way through our planning, we were tasked of hosting three live streams, over multiple time zones with over 5 hours of live and pre-recorded content.

WHAT WE
DELIVERED
Complete design of event site layout and end-to-end project delivery including site infrastructure, structures, AV, temporary internet and delegate transport. Pre-event we worked with all event stakeholders to develop all schedules from site build to the complex audience agenda involving 4 streams of audience per day. In addition to the three leadership event days, a VIP investor event was staged on the final day which included three live streams, from the banks of the reservoir, to multiple worldwide investors.

- Full delegate registration and management system for all 13 events.
