BRIEF
NFDC approached us once again to support them with their AGM event followed by an awards event at the Landmark Hotel, London. We would supply all technical and set aspects for this event, setting up in the early hours of the morning ready for an afternoon start.
WHAT WE
DELIVERED
This event consisted of two parts, the AGM would be a more formal event and take place in the Marble Ballroom at the Landmark. We provided technical production for the meeting which consisted of rear-laser projection, staging and a distributed PA system.
For the awards event which took place in the Grand Ballroom, we installed a starcloth backdrop from which 2 x large projection screens were hung with laser projection for the main content. We created a minimal presentation stage with LED screen built-into a themed brick style backdrop. All audio and lighting was supplied by us to as well as our amazing crew to run it all.
Alistair McGowan hosted the awards event which included custom animations along with bespoke audio – all created by us.
