BRIEF
We were recommended to NFDC to support them with hosting a spectacular celebration for their 80th celebration of the National Federation for Demolition Contractors. The event design ranged from room and lighting design to bespoke content.
WHAT WE
DELIVERED
We created an impactful gala dinner setup including an attention grabbing ‘opener’ linking with the federations history being formed since the Blitz of World War II. The opening sequence started with panning search lights and bespoke audio design of an air raid over London prior to an opening video mapped over multiple LED screens.
SOLUTIONS
PROVIDED
This project had its challenges from the offset, including a short lead time, limited footage for a video showcasing the history of the federation, and the quick setup time from 04:00am.
- Three stacks of 2.8mm LED wall to engage the entire room.
- Content designed opening video showcasing the history of the federation through the decades.
- Bespoke sound design to create impact.
- Use of cold fall out sparks from stage boxes and table centres to link with the demolition industry.
- Set design, incorporating the brickwork brand identity.
- Lighting design to ‘paint the room with light’.
- Showcalling and stage management.
