National Express SLT Virtual Conference

Working with our friends at Distinct Solutions, we supported their client “National Express” on a short deadline to deliver a virtual conference to their Senior Team bringing in around 20 x remote presenters and automating a breakout room solution mid-event.

A registration solution was provided on the virtual platform to allow us to pre-allocate the audience to one of 15 breakout rooms and therefore streamline the breakout sessions part of the agenda. We also prepared a virtual “Green Room” for the event management and presenters to communicate with each other outside of the main event audience.

We also utilised our in-house web development team to create a web-based NDI Zoom Pinning solution to be able to instantly find and create an NDI feed of any given participants on upto 32 channels of audience feed.

Timescales were tight on this project and in a short space of time, we managed to organise multiple presenter technical rehearsals and segment run-throughs. All our preparations meant a smooth event was broadcast and our client/s were very happy with the result.
