Working with Chameleon Event Production, we were tasked to stream a VIP event live from a remote location ensuring high-quality video reaches the audience at all times. Build and create a bespoke secure streaming platform along with the ability for the audience to submit photos to display on large-format screens in the studio (with moderation facilities). Other tools we managed included a live multi-round quiz with leader score boarding, plus a silent auction to help raise thousands for charity during the event.

Our in-house website design team worked to create a bespoke secure viewing platform that was on client brand and worked the way the client required. Post-event we were quickly able to hand over important statistics to our client with the assistance of unique tracking QR codes to help identify key metrics.

As well as the viewing platform, we supplied a full streaming package for the event and took an audio/video feed from the production team to send out to the web over a bonded 4G router system along with multiple failover plans in-place also to take over if required at any moment without disruption.
