BRIEF
Working with Severn Trent, we designed an awards event for their employees to celebrate 5, 25, 40 and 50 years of service within the business.
Due to being unable to run the event in 2020, this years event was duplicated twice in both August and October 2021 to accommodate all the winners at the brand new Eastside Rooms in Birmingham.
With just a single day to build and host the event, our amazing crew delivered a fantastic show for all attendees.

- Site visit and CAD plan creation.
- Liaison with venue in-house riggers pre-event.
- 9m wide x 2.5m high LED wall at 2.6mm pitch built on a 1500mm high deck.
- Barco S3 vision control.
- Presenter comfort monitors.
- Audio solution to fill room and compliment live band along with 6 channels of IEMs.
- Room and atmospheric lighting along with hazer
- Multi-level staging with crisp polished finish.
- Content playback devices.
- Crew comms solution
- Resolume VJ playback for live band.
- Wireless pixel tubes and LED uplighters for band and foyer areas.
- Artist management.
- Our brilliant team of vision, audio, lighting, LED and production crew members.
- Floor management and presenter support.

- We created all the on-screen content to make the best use of the large LED wall.
- We used custom walk-up stings representing each start year for the employees to walk up to stage with.
- We built a presenter notes deck to help keep track of what was happening next in the awards line up.
- Great post-event feedback from the client and audience members.
- We added 4 x MAGICFX® SPARXTAR devices to add cold and safe spark showers during the 40 and 50 year awards.
- Wirelessly controlled pixel tubes were used as table center pieces.
