BRIEF
Working with our friends at RacingLine events, we were tasked with the creation of a new online booking solution to simplify the booking and management process for vehicles at a “Ride and Drive” event. The solution needed to be on-brand, simple to use and created within a limited timeframe.
WHAT WE
DELIVERED
Within 14 days of receiving the initial brief, our in-house designers created a bespoke web solution within the LeasePlan brand guidelines that allowed delegates to view available vehicles and their retrospective availability in order to then book a timeslot for the “Ride and Drive” event. During this booking process the delegates information was captured along with any passenger/guest information and a bespoke confirmation email sent confirming all the details.
This web solution was multi-device compatible and featured additional features such as capturing alternative delegate information if slots for a particular vehicle were all fully-booked.
We also created the functionality to send a reminder email 24 hours before the event to all registered delegates that reminded them of the event details and their chosen vehicle / timeslot.
On the admin management side, we created a dashboard that allows event admins to add/modify vehicle types as well as manage session timings and capacities. Full and instant reporting was available at any time also and delegate check-in was another feature we added for easy on-site management.
