Hitachi Vantara Registration Site

White Event Production supported our agency client, Ten Thousand Hours, with the invitation and event registration process for Hitachi Vantara, a multinational technology company specializing in providing data-driven solutions for various industries. Hitachi and Ten Thousand Hours hosted two significant events in Berlin and Dubrovnik, bringing together industry leaders, partners, and clients to discuss the latest advancements in technology and data management.

White Event Production was tasked with creating registration microsites to facilitate attendee registration for both events. The microsite needed to efficiently collect delegate information, including dietary preferences, access requirements, and other personal information, while ensuring data security and providing a seamless user experience, branded with Hitachi Vantara colours and logos.

Delegates were contacted via a bespoke branded email invitation, with a click through request to access the custom-built microsite and choose which events they wished to attend. Additional functionality was included the ability to select hotel discounts and booking information.

This is a repeat project supporting the Ten Thousand Hours Event Managers, which combines regular communication to make sure all requirements and incremental amends are actioned timely and efficiently.
