Our nationwide surveying client, E.surv, have previously called on our services to support with video production and live events. On this occasion, we were to support for the repeat project of a two day virtual event, engaging the entire organization over two separate consecutive afternoon events.
The brief was to provide an easy to use platform alongside methods of increasing the employee engagement and introducing differences from the 2021 project.
Our inhouse live stream platform, complete with splash screen login to allow access to only a chosen range of people and to provide full stream analytics, was branded to look in keeping with the organisations branding whilst providing an easy to use platform with an HD stream player and embedded audience activity via Slido.
In addition to the live polling for a fun quiz mid stream, we also supported with a virtual audience, the “e.surv-nation” who were able to ask questions and comment directly as a ‘virtual frontrow’ in addition to the main facilitator taking typed questions from the audience of circa 400 people per day.
Full technical planning and stream management was delivered for this project where all presenters and stakeholders were off-site at individual locations. The technically complex setup, with multiple devices connected to dual vMix workstations, was centrally coordinated from our technical Gallery in Milton Keynes.
