Partnering the events agency, KTS Events, we provided full Event Production support for a one day conference at a 5 star London venue.

WHAT WE
DELIVERED
Supporting our events agency client, we provided technical production solutions acting as an extension to their team.
This included a crisp white set encompassing three large 2.8mm LED walls for content and live camera relay IMAG. All technical equipment, excluding the LED screen and Barco switching, was delivered in house. Full show running stage management in addition to the technical support and event theming of additional areas including a ‘British Seaside’ themed breakout space and a networking space complete with vintage look bar and Chesterfield sofas.
In-house set design and 3D visuals were realised into set backdrop and exhibition high quality laminate pods, working in partnership with our set supplier. In addition, utilising our in-house scenic skills we produced a bespoke lectern in keeping with the set design and white plinths to elevate moving lights in an elegant method. Our attention to detail extended to white comfort monitor hides and stage / front fill speakers.
The one day event was carefully planned to work with local restrictions within central London and to allow the efficient load-in to build the entire main room in just 7 hours – this included carrying most items up stairs!
