Countryside Properties Awards

Working with our new client, we supported Countryside Properties deliver their annual awards evening at Leicester City Football Club. Utilising both the 'Walkers Hall' and 'Keith Weller Suite', we delivered technical and content production In 2 spaces to create an upbeat and Impressive looking atmosphere for the event for over 400 delegates.

We provided pre-production guidance to Countryside and challenged the format of their normal setup to maximise engagement for the awards element. This included the design suggestion of moving the ‘after party’ element to the pre-dinner drinks space which would be revealed and transformed whilst guests were in the dinner and awards space.

With an early AM set-up ready for afternoon rehearsals prior to the live event, we had to ensure that everything went smoothly for the event build as time was critical.

We chose to use our growing stock of T3 graphics frame solution to create an 8m wide backdrop with bespoke graphic with additional 2m wide frames positioned elsewhere In the room.

The content was created In-house by White Event Production and so we elected to use a slightly quirky approach to playback and Installed 4 of 2m wide x 2.5m high 2.6mm LED stacks of video wall along the room which would then have content playback mapped across it from Keynote via our content rack.

A variety of LED fixtures Including our Karif-LT moving heads were positioned around the room and utilising the in-house rigging bars.

Audio was via a distributed D&B PA system.

White Event Production also Installed an 8m wide x 2m deep stage finished with carpet, hard fascia and treads.

In the drinks area/hall, we Installed a staging area for a live band to play complete with lighting fixtures to create a party vibe after the awards event.

The event was a great success and the client feedback was amazing. We are proud to have delivered this event for Countryside Properties.
