BRIEF
To provide full technical support for the three day hybrid event for the international assurance arm of the British Standards Institute.
WHAT WE
DELIVERED
We worked with the platform from Innovate Live to engage the remote audience in addition to the live audience held at the new 5 star Fairmont Hotel, Windsor. Working in partnership with Events Unlimited, our support stepped up a level when the event producer took ill with Covid-19 prior to the event and was unable to attend in person.
We provided full production working with the platform. This included a Barco S3 to co-ordinate what content appeared on room and ‘on-set’ monitors throughout the 3 day event.
Working with Innovate, the platform was able to bring remote participants in as ‘virtual presenter’ if they requested to ask a question and also all remote audience members could be visible on stage throughout the event as part of a gallery view.
