OVERVIEW
We supported our creative agency client, Ten Thousand Hours, with the production support of a three day conference plus awards dinner for a leading global cosmetic brand at a boutique London hotel.
Supporting pre-event with production design, the project included utilising the in-house 32:9 LED wall by installing our own Barco E2 management system and content playback rack.
We installed a distributed D&B PA system along with 12ways of radio mic, wireless comms, rigging for moving head lighting fixtures and even a low-smoke fog machine for one particular special entrance. Confetti cannons were also installed and operated by our team for a company reveal section and along with clever lighting design, the room felt electric!
We captured the event in high-quality on our Sony FX6 and FX9 cameras along with some Vox pops shot separately.
Additional breakout room equipment including our large format screens were installed and operated by our team too. The event culminated on day 3 with an awards dinner and live band where we also supplied DJ decks for an entertainment act as well as live VJ graphics on the large screen using our content rack and Resolume.
We enjoyed being part of this fun event once again and witness the high energy levels of the audience and the great atmosphere.
