OVERVIEW
We supported our creative agency client, Ten Thousand Hours, with the production support of a two day conference for a leading global cosmetic brand.
Supporting pre-event with production design, the project evolved to be staged via three circular stages set in front of a 15m wide LED wall.
The custom stage, incorporating brand colours, was then usef for multiple upbeat stage presentations when we supported with audience interactivity, such as smart phone based quiz with prizes for the fastest table to respond, and a wireless camera for live relay of stage and table working product demos.
As the event benefited from bringing the UK leaders of the organization together, a separate leadership event was tapped on to the rig day and last day which we also provided full technical support for. Supporting with the guest management logistics we created a complete branded registration and guest logistics microsite to support the event logistics team – providing real time reporting and pre-event branded communications.
We enjoyed being part of this fun event for the second year running, to witness the high energy levels of the audience from the offset and even the morning after the awards dinner.
