OVERVIEW
With our close relationship with Events Unlimited, we partnered with them for the production management of the three location roadshow at the very start of January.
Starting with a repeat project staged in the head offices Atrium, we installed drape to mask catering areas and looked to incorporate the spaces LED screen for the content delivery. Working with the EU PowerPoint designer, we ran each of the three shows with VT playback as per script including showcalling for all of the individual elements including a drumming workshop.
On top of the back-to-back event logistics from Milton Keynes, Cranage and Burton upon Trent, we also managed to support with the separate ‘pub quiz’ style AV format.
Our multiskilled technical crew allowed for efficient builds and de-rigs (sometimes with very quick turn around between parts of the event).
