Working with a new division of a regular Warwick based automotive client, we were given a tight deadline to deliver a ‘town hall’ style event in a newly refurbished VIP atrium for around 350 employees and also live streamed to hundreds more.

In just a matter of days we had conducted a site visit, created a 2D CAD plan with 2 layout options for our client to choose, plus scheduled equipment and crew to deliver the event.

Working around existing furniture and showcase vehicles, our team installed all technical aspects of the same-day event which included staging, 4 x 98” Samsung screens, distributed D&B audio system, Sony 4K cameras, VMIX streaming hardware, lighting as well as provided and installed 250 of our popular black conference chairs which are also available for dry hire.

The event was a success and we had returned the space back how we found it later the same day.

A post-event edit was created and handed over to our client the following day also.
